Your records belong to you. Kosha stores medical records encrypted at rest and in transit, in your home region whenever possible.

We never sell data to advertisers, brokers, or insurance underwriters. Records are only shared with people you explicitly choose, via time-bound, OTP-protected links.

You can export or delete anything you've uploaded. Full purges happen within 30 days of request.
